§ 8.24.030. Exception to permit requirements.

The conditions specified in Section 8.24.040 shall not apply to the use of fire for land-clearing operations when the special permit for this purpose is issued by duly constituted fire control authority under the terms of Division 4, Chapter 7, Sections 4475 through 4494 of the Public Resources Code.
