§ 8.24.010. Declaration on unsupervised burning.

During certain seasons the unsupervised burning of rubbish, rags, papers, weeds, grass, wood, refuse or other combustible materials in the unincorporated areas of the county becomes and constitutes a health, fire and safety menace to the citizens and residents thereof.
