§ 17.14.200. Dedications for streets.

  • A.

    All streets shown on the tentative map, including private streets, shall be required to be offered for dedication to public use; except that private streets that are designed as interior streets of a planned residential development shall not be required to be offered for dedication if the approval of the director of planning is obtained.

    B.

    The advisory agency, or on appeal the board, shall impose as a condition of approval of every tentative map a requirement that the subdivider provide such public access as is required by Chapter 17.28 of this title.
