§ 15.36.030. Section 201.1 amended—Administration and enforcement.

Section 201.1 of the abatement of dangerous buildings code is changed to read as follows:
The building official and the health officer are hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce all of the provisions of this Code. Each of them may act jointly with the other or independently in discharging his duties hereunder. Whenever the words "building official" are used hereinafter, they shall also mean "health officer," and whenever the words "health officer" are used hereinafter, they shall also mean "building official."
