§ 15.36.040. Section 205—Board of appeals.

The functions of the board of appeals referred to in Section 205 of the abatement of dangerous buildings code shall be performed by the unified board of appeals constituted pursuant to 15.04.090 of this code and no separate board of appeals shall be created.
