§ 9.04.030. Violation—Penalty.
Latest version.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not exceeding five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
