§ 8.40.060. Enforcement—Violations.

    Duty to Enforce. The Napa County agricultural commissioner and his deputy agricultural commissioners shall have, for purposes of Section 1.24.020 of the Napa County Code, the duty to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

    B.

    Violations. It is unlawful and a public nuisance for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter or to cause any other person to do so. Such a violation shall be enforceable as a misdemeanor pursuant to Napa County Code Sections 1.20.150 and 1.20.160 and may be abated as a public nuisance pursuant to the procedures set forth in Chapter 1.20 of this code, commencing with Section 1.20.010.
