No person shall use any mobile public address sound system equipment in the county
unless permission therefor shall have first been obtained from the county. If the
mobile public address system equipment is to be used in connection with a use or activity
for which a use permit, site plan review, temporary event license, or special event
license is required, application for permission to use the mobile public address sound
system equipment shall be made as part of the application for, and shall be processed
in accordance with the procedures applicable to, such permit, review, or special event
license, and no additional fee shall be required. The procedures and standards set
forth in this chapter shall apply only when the mobile public address sound system
will not be used in connection with an activity for which a use permit, site plan
review, temporary event license, or special event license is required.
