§ 2.100.390. Salary on position reclassification.

The salary of the incumbent of a position which is reclassified shall be determined as follows:

A.

If the position is reclassified to a class which is allocated to the same salary range, the salary of the employee shall not change and neither shall his anniversary date.

B.

If the position is reclassified to a class which is allocated to a higher salary range, the salary of the employee shall be the nearest higher monthly salary in the new range of the date upon which the reclassification is effective, and this date shall be the new anniversary date of said employee.

C.

If the position is reclassified to a class which is allocated to a lower salary range, the salary of the employee shall not change and there will be no change in anniversary date.
