§ 2.100.360. Salary on demotion.

Latest version.

Any employee who is demoted to a position in a class having a salary range lower than the class of position from which he was demoted shall have his salary reduced to the monthly salary next lower than the salary he received before demotion. In such cases the employee shall retain the same anniversary date.
