§ 2.100.280. Department allocation list.

The number of positions and classifications in the departmental allocation list shall be established from time to time by resolution of the board of supervisors, identified as the position allocation resolution. No department head shall hire permanent employees in excess of the number of positions allowed within his department by said resolution.
