§ 18.60.040. Application for use permit—Requirements—Conveyance during processing.

A.

Within the RM district, application for a use permit under Section 18.124.020 shall be accompanied by a development plan as defined in Section 18.08.230. A use permit approved for an RM development shall comply with Section 18.104.060(A).

B.

Owners and developer shall sign the application.

C.

Conveyance of all or any portion of the land or any interest therein during processing of the application shall terminate all further proceedings.
