§ 17.42.040. Corrective action as map approval condition.

Latest version.
  • The advisory agency, or on appeal the board, may approve the tentative map, or any portion thereof, where such a soil/geologic problem exists if it is determined that the recommended corrective action(s) is likely to prevent damage to each improvement to be constructed, and, as a condition to the issuance of any building permit, may require that necessary procedures or structural design criteria be incorporated in the design and construction of each improvement. Subsequent building and zoning permits shall be conditional upon the incorporation of the approved recommended corrective action(s) in the development of each lot.
