§ 17.14.270. Automatic map approval conditions.

A.

If no action is taken upon a tentative map by the advisory agency within the time limits specified in this title, or any authorized extension thereof, the tentative map as filed shall be deemed to be approved and it shall be the duty of the clerk of the board to certify or state his or her approval.

B.

Such automatic approval shall occur only if the tentative map:

1.

Complies with all applicable requirements of the Map Act;

2.

Complies with all of the applicable provisions of the Napa County Code;

3.

Complies with all of the provisions of this title, including but not limited to the improvement requirements of Chapter 17.34 of this title and the conditions of approval set forth in Sections 17.14.160 through 17.14.230 of this chapter.
