§ 17.14.020. Vesting tentative maps.

A.

A vesting tentative map shall be filed and processed in the same manner as a tentative map for that type of subdivision unless expressly provided otherwise by this title.

B.

A subdivider shall be entitled to have a tentative map processed as a vested tentative map only if the subdivider files a tentative map with the words "Vesting Tentative Map" printed conspicuously on its face.
