§ 17.10.010. Processing guidelines and policies.

A.

All applications filed pursuant to this title shall be processed in accordance with the current county environmental guidelines, Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, and Division 13 of the California Public Resources Code, commencing with Section 21000.

B.

It is likely that the holder of an approved tentative map will request that the life of the tentative map be extended as often as is legally permissible and therefore any environmental assessment of an application to subdivide will so assume. Similar considerations are applicable and therefore similar environmental assessments will occur regarding vesting tentative map applications.
