§ 16.08.290. Permit—Suspension or revocation conditions.

A permit may be suspended or revoked by the director for any of the following reasons:
A.

Failure or refusal to comply with forest practice rules unless exemption from or modification thereof has been granted pursuant to Section 16.08.240;

B.

Material misrepresentation or false statement in the application or any notice required under this chapter;

C.

Refusal to allow inspection by the director or his staff
