§ 15.40.080. Exempt area designated.

Notwithstanding any of the terms of Article II of this chapter, the provisions of this article shall not apply to any park owned, operated, and maintained by of the following:
A.

The federal government.

B.

The state.

C.

Any agency or political subdivision of the state.

D.
