§ 13.40.030. Systems for minor, temporary or limited uses.

Sewage disposal systems for minor, limited or temporary uses shall be subject to the approval of the administrative authority. Onsite wastewater systems that do not comply with the requirements of this code, but have demonstrated adequate performance in the California or National Parks Systems, may be approved at government controlled parks, preserve areas, and other similar remote areas at the discretion of the administrative authority. A qualified professional must design such systems.
