§ 11.28.120. Based aircraft—Insurance required.

  • No person shall maintain or base any aircraft at the airport unless such owner maintains in current effect public liability and property damage insurance executed by a company authorized to carry on insurance business in the state of California. Such insurance shall provide public liability coverage of not less than one hundred thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars, and property damage coverage at not less than fifty thousand dollars. A current certificate of insurance stating the amount and expiration date will be kept on file with the director of aviation. Thirty days' prior notice of cancellation shall also be filed with the director of aviation.
