§ 11.20.020. Agreements and conditions for pilot training.

The board of supervisors of the county may, from time to time, enter into leases or agreements with organizations engaged in the business of training aircraft pilots, which leases or agreements may permit such organizations to train pilots in the use of executive-type jet aircraft at the Napa County Airport. Such leases or agreements may contain such controls, conditions and limitations as the board of supervisors deems appropriate under the circumstances.
