§ 11.20.010. Executive-type jet aircraft designated.

  • For the purpose of this chapter, an "executive-type jet aircraft" is considered to be a jet-engine-powered aircraft having a limited cargo or passenger carrying capacity, a dual-wheel weight of not to exceed fifty thousand pounds, and of the type generally known as a "Lear Jet" or "Falcon Jet" or equivalent.
