§ 11.12.060. Future uses over thirty-five feet.

No structure or tree more than thirty-five feet above the natural terrain shall be erected, altered, planted, allowed to grow to a greater height, or otherwise established in the airport safety zone, unless a permit therefor shall have been applied for and granted.
