§ 1.16.090. Findings.

The board of supervisors finds, on the basis of employment conditions, on the basis of education conditions, on the basis of the status of the Napa County Adult Detention Facility, and on the basis of other pertinent considerations, that the operation of a prisoner work furlough program and of a prisoner education furlough program is feasible in the county.
