§ 5.44.040. Permit—Hearing and issuance conditions.

  • The clerk of the board of supervisors shall set the application for hearing before the board of supervisors and shall give five days' written notice of the hearing to the applicant and all persons who have filed a written request with the clerk that they be notified of such applications. After hearing the evidence, the board of supervisors may grant such licenses if, in its judgement, the proposed dance will be properly supervised and will be conducted in such a manner that will not be injurious to the health, peace, safety or morals of the general public.
