§ 5.40.080. Permit—Term—Renewal.

All permits shall be approved for one year and shall expire on the same date as the required annual health permit issued by the department. A permit may, without further investigation, be renewed upon payment of the appropriate fee within one month of expiration, provided that renewal may be conditioned by the director on appropriate review and approval as provided in subsections (A)(1) through (A)(3) of Section 5.40.070.
