§ 5.12.510. Remedies cumulative.

Remedies provided for under this chapter or under a franchise shall be cumulative. Recovery by the county of any amounts under insurance, the performance bond, the security fund or letter of credit, does not limit a franchisee's duty to indemnify the county; or relieve a franchisee of its franchise obligations or limit the amounts owed to the county.
