§ 2.92.030. Mileage reimbursement for trial jurors and grand jurors.

  • A.

    Trial jurors shall be paid fifteen cents per mile, one-way only, for each mile necessarily traveled in attending a civil or criminal case in the Napa courts.

    B.

    Members of the Napa County grand jury shall be paid at the mileage rate per mile, round-trip, for each mile actually traveled in attending court as a grand juror, established by the county of Napa's travel policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

    C.

    Members of the Napa County grand jury shall be paid at the mileage rate per mile, round-trip, for each mile actually traveled in attending a duly called session of the grand jury at which a quorum of the nineteen grand jurors are present, established by the county of Napa's travel policy, as it may be amended from time to time.
