§ 2.36.130. Surplus personal property—Notice of sale.

Notice of sale of surplus personal property shall be posted for not less than five business days preceding the day of sale in the county courthouse and in the office of the purchasing agent, and in such other public place within the county as the purchasing agent may deem advisable.
