§ 2.04.100. Standby officers—Status.
Latest version.
A person designated as a standby officer holds that designation at the pleasure of the board of supervisors and may be removed and replaced at any time with or without cause; provided, that he must be replaced if removed. He retains his status as a standby officer until replaced by another standby officer designated by the authorized designator and confirmed by the board of supervisors.
