§ 1.20.170. Notice—Manner of giving—Effect.

A.

Wherever in this chapter notice is required to be given, it shall be given by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, and by conspicuously posting on the property within one day after the date of mailing. Notice shall be deemed effective when it is deposited in the mail.

B.

The failure of the owner or any other person to receive any notice required by this chapter to be given shall not affect the validity of any proceedings taken pursuant thereto.
