§ 17.06.030. Remainder parcels and open space areas.

A.

A designated remainder parcel shall not be counted as a parcel for the purpose of determining whether a parcel or final map is required.

B.

Any open space area which is to be held in common by owners of dwelling units within a subdivision shall not be considered a parcel for purposes of computing the number or parcels in a subdivision.
