§ 16.08.080. Public hearing specifications.

A.

Notice of the time and place of public hearings required by this chapter shall be given at least ten calendar days before the hearing by publication at least once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the county.

B.

In addition to notice by publication, notice of the hearing may be given in such other manner as the commission may deem necessary or desirable.

C.

Any hearing may be continued from time to time.
