§ 13.40.040. Additional expansion area.

The administrative authority shall require that all private and individual sewage disposal systems be so designed that additional expansion area of adequate size for repair of the sewage disposal system remains available and unencumbered. The amount of area to be designated, based on soil type and waste water flows, shall be determined by the administrative authority and shall be specifically defined stated in the permit.
