§ 13.24.050. Permit—Period of validity.

Permits for the installation, alteration, repair, or expansion of a sewage disposal system shall be valid for two years from the date of issue. Operating permits shall be valid for one year from date of issue. A grace period of thirty days shall be granted for renewal of an annual operating permit (CPC Appendix Chapter 1 § 103.3.4, modified).
