§ 12.04.110. Road use conditions.

Any permit under the terms of this chapter shall be subject to the right of the county, or any other person or persons, firm, corporation, municipality, district or other body of persons entitled thereto, to use that part of such public highway for any purpose for which such public highway may lawfully be used, and no part of the highway shall be unduly obstructed at any time.
