§ 11.28.130. Aircraft—Equipment requirements—Radio specifications.

A.

Every aircraft using the county airport shall be equipped with a fully functional, two-way radio, except when operating into or from the airport under an FAA waiver for radio maintenance (during hours when the FAA Tower is not manned and operating).

B.

No aircraft equipped with a tail-skid shall operate on any paved surface of the county airport.
