§ 11.28.070. Traffic pattern—Conformance required.

  • Except where the director of aviation has delegated authority for air traffic control to FAA air traffic control personnel, every aircraft, before landing and after takeoff, shall be flown in accordance with the traffic patterns illustrated on the diagrams attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibits D and E, and made a part of this chapter. (Exhibits are printed at the end of this chapter.) Aircraft traveling faster than one hundred twenty-five miles per hour shall be flown using the outside pattern shown on Exhibit D for normal traffic, and on Exhibit E for business jet traffic.
