As a condition to the issuance of a permit, the applicant shall defend, indemnify
and hold harmless the county and each and all of its officers, agents and employees
from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys
fees, to the extent they are caused by the negligent acts or omissions of the applicant
or authorized participants in the special event.
