§ 10.16.010. Definitions.

  • As used in this chapter:

    "Boat trailer" means a trailer attached to and pulled by a motor vehicle and designed or used to carry a boat or boats.

    "Lake Berryessa free launching facility" means the Capell Cove boat launching ramp.

    "Motor vehicle" means a vehicle as defined in the California Vehicle Code.

    "No-parking zone" means that area of curbing in the parking lot painted red.

    "Parking lot" means any paved area on public lands which is open to the public and is maintained by a governmental agency for the purpose of parking vehicles.

    "Valid parking permit" means a decal, sticker, placard, or paper issued by a governmental agency which indicates the date or dates for which parking is permitted. Permits are only valid for a single motor vehicle or motor vehicle/trailer combination.
