§ 10.08.190. Violations subject to civil penalties.

Any violation of the provisions of this article, including the commission of any action declared to be unlawful by any provision of this article, shall not be a criminal violation but shall instead be subject to a civil penalty as prescribed by Vehicle Code Section 40200 et seq. and Chapter 10.32.
